With the exception of the Clerk, the Board members and their associates that assist with Board obligations are volunteers and freely give their time to maintain and run this site for no remuneration. Consequently the timescale for publication of minutes on this web site is dictated by other affairs unrelated to Board business and therefore, they shall only be published on these pages once they have been prepared and redacted once the admin has time to do so but in the meantime they are freely available on request to the clerk as they always have been.
