- Draft Annual Report and Draft Audited Statement of Accounts
- The proposed activities of the Board for the next year
Triennial Meeting of Qualified Proprietors
The purpose of the meeting is to elect or re-elect members for the new Board
These meetings are open to the public. It would be helpful in planning seating etc. if you would contact the Clerk to the Board as detailed above, if you are interested in attending.
In the event that any Qualified Proprietor wishes to appoint a Mandatory for said meetings, they are required to complete a Mandatory Form, sign, date and return it to the Clerk (preferably by email) or by post or fax at the address noted above to be received no later than Wednesday 19 March 2025 at 7pm, in order for that authority to be accepted as valid.
